Thursday, January 19th (3pm): PTA (Parent-Teacher Association) Meeting
We will have our first PTA meeting of 2012 on Thrusday, January 19th in the Teacher's Lounge at 3pm (for an hour). Please come contribute to our school!!!
Saturday, January 28th?(3:00 p.m.): Snowman making and Hot Chocolate! (SNOW PENDING!)
Come jon the fun in making snowmen out in front of our school and drinking hot chocolate. Bring decorations for your snowmen. This event is free to all Bijou students and their families. Join us for a great day!
January & February: Tribes Kids' Days!
During the month of January or February, your child's class will have its second PTA sponsored TRIBES TLC kids' day within their classroom! Tribes is a process of building a community. This second kids' day will target the phase of influence that occurs in each classroom every year, and students will learn how to solve problems and manage conflict that occur on a daily basis in our classrooms.
February 18-26th : Winter Vacation!
School will be closed this week and resume on Monday, February 27th. (Friday, Feb. 17th is NOT a minimum day!)
