Join a Volunteer Committee

Check out the Volunteer Committee Link and choose a committee that interests you. Then contact Kathy Haven at khaven@gmail.com or at 530-545-9317 and get all the details. Each committee contributes to Bijou in a different area, making our school a better place!

Talk to your Child's Teacher

Your child's teacher can also help introduce you to PTA members. The teachers also often have ways you can help in your child's classroom

Get to Know Bijou Community School

Come visit your child's school whenever you have a free moment. Studies show that the more involved a parent is in his or her child's education, the better that child does. So, just show up...you will make a difference!
